Nick Stuart
Chief Executive Officer CTVC

Nick Stuart

Nick Stuart is Chief Executive Officer of CTVC and a television producer. Nick joined CTVC in November 2002 from the Flame Group. He specialises in current affairs and religion but his CV includes drama documentaries on aliens, observational documentaries about speedway racing, the secret life of roadies as well as reporting for ITV from Northern Ireland and Israel.

Previously, Nick was Managing Director of Southern Flame where he devised and produced a range of programmes for Channel 4, Five, Discovery and UK Horizons. Creating new and exciting ways to bring ethical and spiritual programming to the screen led him to revolutionise Five's religious output with the music magazine show ‘Alpha Zone’ and the ethical and lifestyle teen debating show ‘The Big Question’. Other credits include ‘Heart of the Matter’ and ‘Everyman’ for BBC 1, ‘The God List’ with Jon Snow for Channel 4 and ‘Fighting Hatred’ which gets inside the mind of a former IRA Commander, for Discovery.

He’s sports mad, has won numerous awards for religious broadcasting and been cited for having the messiest desk in British broadcasting.
